That split second when everything drops.

The moment you stop overthinking and go all in. Just Jump is bottled energy, a Cabernet Franc that doesn’t play it safe. Bold tannins, pepper spice, and wild cherry ride straight out of the Sierra Foothills—unruly, fresh, and alive.

🍒 Ripe wild cherry

🌿 Rugged herbs & peppercorn

🪨 Graphite edge from granite soils

🔥 Bold tannins, smooth finish

Tasting Notes

Cabernet Franc in its element—ripe cherry and wild berry meet herbal spice and cracked pepper. Decomposed granite soils add a graphite streak, while foothill nights lock in freshness. Bold tannins frame the fruit without weighing it down. This is a red built for leaps of faith—structured, lifted, and ready for the ride.

Pairs Well With

Vineyard & Winemaking

Sourced from the Beechum Estate Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills AVA (38.935794, -121.286037). Sitting on rolling slopes of decomposed granite and volcanic loam, the site combines hot foothill days with cool mountain air at night. That balance delivers plush fruit, firm tannins, and a streak of minerality you won’t find anywhere else.

Hand-harvested, small-lot fermented, and aged in a combination of American, French and Hungarian Oak—bringing subtle spice, structure, and layered complexity without overshadowing the vineyard’s natural character.
