Grown in the breezy Clarksburg AVA at Wilson Vineyard, where the delta winds slow down ripening (hello, natural acidity!) and clay-loam soils add depth, this lot of 100% Organic Albariño was hand-harvested at just the right moment. It was fermented in stainless steel to lock in its bright aromatics—because we wanted to keep things fresh, clean, and bursting with life.
